कोरोना लॉकडाउन 3 अब समाप्त होने को है। सारे देश की निगाहें मुंबई गुजरात दिल्ली तमिलनाडु के आंकड़ों पर लगी हुई हैं, जबकि बिहार झारखंड छत्तीसगढ़ ऐसे राज्यों में अभी भी कोरोना का संकट बहुत कम स्तर पर है। लेकिन अब जब अन्य भागों से मजदूर वापस लौट रहे हैं या लौट चुके हैं तो ऐसेमें इन राज्योंमें कोरोनाके रोगी बढ़नेकी आशंका है और शायद यह बहुत तेजी से बढ़ेंगे ।
ऐसे में गुजरातकी प्रधान सचिव श्रीमती जयंती रवि का एक वीडियो आया है जो बिहारमें हर सरकारी अधिकारी को देखना चाहिए। इसमें उन्होंने यह बताया है कि कैसे आयुर्वेदिक काढ़ा जिसे गुजराती में उकाला बोलते हैं उसकी सहायता से करीब 6000 कोरोना के रोगियों को फायदा हुआ और क्वारंटाइनमें जिन्हें 14 दिन रखना पड़ता है उसकी अपेक्षा 7 दिनों में ही उनकी टेस्ट नेगेटिव आ गई है। इसी प्रकार उन्होंने होम्योपैथी दवाई आर्सेनिक एल्बम उल्लेख किया है कि उसके कारण भी क्वारंटाइनमें रखे २००० लोगों की टेस्ट जल्दी ही नेगेटिव आ गई। उन्हें 14 दिन क्वारंटाइनमें रखने की अपेक्षा 7 दिनों में ही उन्हें घर वापस भेजा जा सकता है। इससे सरकार का बोझा तत्काल कम हो सकता है। बल्कि अगर उन्हें घर पर ही काढा देने की सुविधा हो तो शायद उन्हें 3 दिन से अधिक क्वारंटाइनमें भी ना रखना पड़े। इससे इन राज्यों की सरकारों का बहुत बड़ा बोझ कम होने वाला है। इन राज्योंकी सरकारों के जो भी स्वास्थ्य सचिव हेल्थ और आयुष विभाग को देखते हैं उनसे मेरा यह निवेदन है कि वे तत्काल श्रीमती जयंती से संपर्क करें ।आवश्यकता होने पर उनसे टिप्स लें। केंद्र सरकार के आयुष विभाग के सचिव श्री राजेश कोटेचा से सलाह लें और अपने-अपने राज्यों में तत्काल आयुर्वेदिक काढ़े के बनाने का और वितरण का प्रबंध आरंभ करें। इसकी जानकारी लगातार प्रेस में भी दी जानी आवश्यक है।
समय रहते आयुर्वेदिक उपाय करनेसे बहुत बडा संकट टाला जा सकेगा। वरना हम वैक्सीनकी प्रतिक्षामें बैठे रहेंगे और कोरोना फैलता जायेगा।

Dr Jayanti being Health secretary could have done the controlled experiment very rigourously - she has the authority and support. But in our hurry to make half baked claims we just dent the credibility of the effectiveness od Ayurveda and Homeopathy. Do you also mean this has worked IRRESPECTIVE of the prakriti of 3585 people - Kuf, Pitta or Waat?
तथ्य -- १) इन काढोंमें डाले जानेवाले घटक इस प्रकार बॅलेंस किये हैं कि तीनों प्रकृतियोंमें कफ, वात, पित्त में लागू हैं। २) क्वारंटाइनमें रखे ६००० पेशंट वे थे जो अन्य सांसर्गिक व्यक्तियोंके संपर्कमें थेे इसलिये उन्हें अलग किया गया। इनमेंसे जिसजिसने ७ दिन काढा या होमियो लिया वे ७ दिनमें निगेटिव्ह हो गये लेकिन केवल ३ दिन लेनेवाले पॉजिटिव्ह थे। तो अभी जितनोंको क्वारंटाइन करना पडेगा या जो क्वारंटाइनसे जाने-अनजाने छिप गये हों उन्हें काढेसे ७ दिनमें निगेटिव्ह किया जाता हो तो क्या आपत्ति है ? १३० करोड जाँच करनेका जिम्मा अकेली जयंतीपर तो नही है ? सब लोग आरंभ करें और अपनी अपनी तईं इसे rigourous करते चलें तो हम जल्दी किसी सिद्धतापर पहुँच सकते हैैं। आयुष विभागने एक आयुष संजीवनी नामक ऐप बनाया है । लोग इसे डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं और उसमें जानकारी भरकर दे सकते हैं कि उन्होंने क्या क्या उपाय किया और लाभ हुआ या नही। प्लाज्मा ट्रीटमेंटमें आपने क्या देखा ?दिल्लीके ३ मरीज जो कोरोना पॉजिटिव - अर्थात् संक्रमित थे वे ठीक हो गये और देशभरके डॉक्टरोंने प्लाज्मा थिरॅपी शुरू की। तब किसीने half baked claim नही कहा । हालांकि बादमें केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालयने इसे येट अनऐप्रूव्ड भी कहा लेकिन मुंबईके डॉक्टर कर रहे हैं। तो मुद्दा ये आता है कि ऐलोपथीमें ३ मरीजोंसे रिजल्ट कन्फर्म हो जाता है पर आयुर्वेदमें सरकारी तंत्र तबतक राजी नही है जबतक २००० वर्षोंतक कनसिस्टंटली २००० प्रतिशत सफलता न मिले। इस दुष्टचक्रको तोडनेका उपाय जयंति कर रही है तो उसे मेरा समर्थन है। हो सकता है -- वह आधेअधूरे ही रिजल्ट बता रही है लेकिन असत्य नही बता रही। आगेके प्रयोग लोग भी करें। एम्पिरिकल डेटाबेस खडा करें। इसे भारतमें सिखाया जाय कि एम्पिरिकल डेटाबेस कैसे बनाते हैं-- लेकिन यह कहना गलत है कि जयंतिने आंकडे जाहीर करनेमें जल्दबाजी की या अन्य राज्योंमें इसे नही करना चाहिये। आँख-कान खुला रख कर करो, पर करो।

In the pandemic of covid-19 virus, India has been lockdowned since 24th march, 2019. So, there is no work and facility for migrant worker who are still forcefully living in metro cities, like Delhi, Mumbai, Pune etc. So they have no work in this lockdown as well they don't have any financial security in this unprecedented situation which has arised it in India.
Migrant workers are living in metro cities but they have no ration card here. Because their residential valid documents are in village. Due to this reason, they won't get any benefit under public distribution system in cities. We have to take into account this problem and try to solve this problem as soon as possible.
In this unprecedented situation, there is NGO's have been coming forward to help their hands to these migrant labour. Some NGO's are providing cooked packaged food to poor people in slum area. Some people are also willing to support financially. There is no doubt, it's a noble and honourable work. We should appreciate this work.
In Delhi, there is also slum area. I have known slum area which is Todapur. In Todapur, a lot of migrant labour people are living. They have no work due to lockdown. Therefore, they have financial problem. Due to financial problem, in future they will face food shortage so it will emerge as in starvation. Before emerging starvation situation, we have to prevent it.
Every government has certain limitation. So it's my request to Delhi people who are able to assist financially, volunteer in this noble cause please come forward. We will altogether to overcome this pandemic covid-19 virus.
Those students who are living in Delhi but willing to assist as an volunteer, so I have an idea that we will come together with our safety precautions. Inspite of providing cooked food material we will distribute Ration as Rice, wheat,pulses etc to people in slum area. So this assist will help poor people to survive in this extended lockdown period.
We will select some location like Todapur. We shall survey that how many people live in this area. We will give them token to buy Ration at particular selected shop. We will make plan. If anyone has idea and solution, how to tackle and overcome this situation, please let us know.
